1,000 tokens is roughly 1,000 Chinese characters, 750 English words, or 4,000 English characters.Speech is billed by the audio sent for recognition; none is sent during silence or with the microphone muted. Splitting sentences may add a little, as the system counts it.

- I paid but my balance has not changed.
- Credits are added as soon as we receive the payment confirmation, usually within seconds. If the balance has not moved after a few minutes, refresh the page; if it still has not, email support@equalang.com with your order number and we will reconcile it.
- How do I reach support about a purchase?
- Email support@equalang.com from your account address, with the order number if you have one (the checkout shows it afterwards) — that lets us find the payment and act on it.
- How is the discount percentage calculated?
- Against the smallest pack’s unit price ($10.00 per 10,000 credits). Larger packs cost less per 10,000, and the percentage is how much cheaper that pack’s unit price is than the baseline.
- Which payment methods work?
- The checkout takes international credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Alipay. Payment is handled by Creem, encrypted throughout; we never see your card number.
- Do purchased credits expire?
- No. Credits you buy stay on the account until they are spent.
- Does a failed job cost credits?
- No. Credits are only held when a job starts and deducted when it succeeds; a failure or a cancellation costs nothing.
